Refund and Returns Policy

For any defective products, please email us at [email protected] for further assistance. If your item meets any of the following conditions, contact us as soon as you receive it.

We will refund or reprint your order at no cost in the following cases:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • Design error: the design does not match the information provided on our site.
  • The product details (type, size) do not match your order.

What Should You Do?

For any refund request, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. Please provide the following information to our support email: [email protected]

  • Your order/invoice ID
  • A picture of the wrong or damaged item received.

After evaluation, the refund request will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund is expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Returns

If you receive incorrect or defective items, there is no need to return them. We will issue a refund, expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:

  • The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address, not being available to receive delivery, or not picking up packages as requested).
  • The order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, or marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but lost after delivery).
  • The item matches the description.

Cancellations

After making a purchase, customers have 24 hours to request cancellation.

Please note a management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of the total order value) will be applied to cancellations.

After 24 hours, the item will be produced, and we cannot process cancellations.

Refunds

  • PayPal Account: 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Account: 10-14 business days (dependent on your card-issuing bank).

Exchanges

  • In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
  • Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.

Compensation (Points or Coupon)

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

Repairs

  • Processing Time: 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges/returns for sizing issues unless we send the wrong size. For other issues, such as printing errors, we will address them accordingly. Please contact us first for guidance. Do not return purchases unless we authorize it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank; processing time can vary.
