Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by destination. You can calculate the exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total.

Shipping & Handling

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (longer during holiday seasons).

We use a flat rate for shipping, allowing you to order multiple items without additional costs.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (may vary during holiday seasons).

About Late Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events. Kasimass Store is not responsible for such delays. Possible reasons for delay include:

  • Incorrect Address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order. Allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If there is no tracking information available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking events will appear once the package is scanned.

Receiving Multiple Items Separately

If you ordered multiple items, they might ship separately to expedite delivery. You may receive one item before the others. Please do not worry if you do not receive all items at once—they are on their way.

Missing Order Confirmation

If you have not received order confirmation details, it may be due to an incorrect email address. We send several emails, including an order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you suspect you entered your email incorrectly, contact us to correct it.

Multiple Address Deliveries

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. For deliveries to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses

We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders shipped to APO addresses are sent via DHL Global Mail and then transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Delivery to APOs can take up to 45 additional days.

Please note, once a package enters the military mail system, tracking stops updating for security reasons, meaning we cannot provide further tracking information.
